High End Korean Restaurant
Another instance of receiving random words and transforming them into a unique brand identity. I pulled out of two separate hats my fate; Fancy, Korean. Firstly, I needed to get a grasp of how high end restaurants brand themselves from the menu to the interior, then I needed to research the culture itself. In trying to come up with a restaurant name I dove into Korean/English language learning communities online and came across the word Juyoli; a word associated with cooking/dishes/food. Additionally, after learning about the importance of side dishes (banchan) in Korean meals, I decided to incorporate them into the logo itself. The font on its own feels luxurious, but is simplistic enough to not overshadow the elegance of the logo.
